Hey Ladies,
Before you read any other testimonial here you MUST read this. I have always had perfect skin. Of course the occasional pimple but otherwise pretty good. Once I turned 37 I discovered I had rosacea. Oh my god I completely freaked out which obviously sets it off worse. I tried 100's of make-up's, no joke, from Avon to Neiman Marcus and nothing worked. I was devastated. We all know how important our appearance is to us. Some how I came across this site and thought well lets give it a try---- no talc,no bismuth. This has been a god send to me. I feel so blessed to have found it, now I am just afraid it will get discontinued. Ladies lets help get this out there on the market. It is WAY better than Bare Essentials and should be out there to buy. We can't let this get discontinued. And the customer service rep Michelle, she is wonderful, caring and so helpful, so hopefully you will deal with her when you buy this stuff. Best of luck to you all.

Thanks for all the good info. I"ll try the D20 next time. NaPCA is a great skin product.
I went ahead and purchased the Oatmeal in a little travel case with blush and 2 shadows. Also, two trial loose bases in Oatmeal and Cashmere.....Can use the dark for contour or something.....And, of course, two Safari Congos...I LOVE that during the day and on lids.
One other question, if you have a moment: Your testimonials spoke well of the powder brush you recommended....which one is it, please?

I just received my first ever order from you last week and I LOVE your products! And that is saying a lot as I have tried many different things for my acne prone skin.

I have tried various mineral makeups, the last one being Bare Escentuals. I wanted something that wouldn"t further clog my pores but the other mineral make ups that I tried before yours would make me very shiny and would illuminate my breakouts instead of disguise them. Your Mineral Secrets makeup is not shiny, it doesn"t make me itch and it lasts all day without settling into the fine lines I am now getting in my 30"s and I am glowing!

I recently discovered Mineral Secrets and CANNOT tell you how much these products have changed my life! At the age of 37, I have been diagnosed with "Rosacea." I have been to a few dermatologists and after numerous prescriptions; found that an antibiotic was the only thing that was helping me control my outbreaks. After finding and reading your website, I decided to try your product. I have been using the mineral foundation for a week and my skin is AMAZING! I even stopped taking the antibiotic. I love to try a product that I really love. I mean, something that knocks my socks off and makes me want to scream from the roof top and "I love this product!!!!!"

My recent "I love this" award goes to Mineral Secrets Foundation. I was turned onto mineral makeup in general by other women who had acne prone skin or skin that had pores that clogged easily. Since I was new to mineral makeup, I purchased samples from different lines to determine which one would be right for me.

Mineral Secrets Loose Mineral Base comes in 9 shades. Oatmeal is an exact match for me (I am also a Stila B, ERA Y3). Canvas over the Oatmeal gives me a little more color, sort of lightly sun kissed.

When applied with a regular fluffy brush, I get very light coverage. When I use a Kabuki brush, I get more of a moderate coverage. I then use the flocked sponge to blend if needed. To make a concealer, I mix a little of the oatmeal with eye cream or moisturizer.

I love this stuff. It stays put all day. The coverage is great, the color match is great and my skin looks better since using it. It has an SPF of 20 and it also has zinc which can help sooth red or irritated skin. Mineral Secrets ships UPS (from NC) and I received all three orders within three days of placing them.

This company gets all 5 stars!

Regarding the discussion on make up, I believe that all of us need to find something to "protect" our skin from the harsh environment we live in. Dr. Nase suggests using Zinco or other products like that. I could not tolerate several of the suggestions for "protectant" such as Vanicream, ZinO or Peter Thomas Roth. I did see the great SENSE in protecting my delicate skin from not only the sun but from the onslaught of environmental toxins that we walk around in daily. I found something that worked for me. It’s also a make up…a mineral makeup and you can buy it at www.mineralsecrets.com. I found the Bare Essencials (sp?) line to be a bit itchy, so I tried this even more "simple" powder. Mineral Secrets. It’s LOVELY. It makes my skin feel protected, yet pretty. Believe it or not I even think guys could use it because it’s incredibly natural. They have a sample kit you can buy. I use the "barely there" color and I buy it in the compact because it’s more convenient to me than the loose powder. I also use the suntan color on my cheeks. Just my two cents on the makeup/skin protectant discussion.

I just wanted to send a note telling you how much I love your sensitive skincare line. For once, when products say they are non-irritating, they really are. I have extremely sensitive skin and all of the products that I am using do not cause any burning like I would get with virtually everything else I tried. I am now hooked on the Mineral Secrets line of cosmetics. Not only are they non-irritating, but my skin looks better than ever. I cannot believe how great the coverage is and my skin does not get shiny during the day. It pretty much looks the same at the end of the day as it does when I first put it on. Thank you Mineral Secrets!! I use the Glow Pressed and the D20 Mist...Over my Foundation Color Barely There. I truly feel like a new woman. After cancer treatments, I had lost that GLOW. I feel so happy....thank you. I cannot believe it. I apply first the Barely There Foundation Base, and then the GLOW on my cheek bones, and eye brow area....and then I spritz the D20 Mist. Finally, makeup that meet my needs at age 54. I have oily skin but yet I have to be concerned about the aging process. I have been using the Mineral Makeup since last fall. I cannot imagine using liquid makeup ever again. The Loose Mineral Base is so light, yet still covers and does not cake (no lines!). I can actually touch my face without having my makeup come off on my fingers later on in the day. The undereye concealer blends right in and does not cake. The blush is light and blends so well using the pump brush (no lines!). The brushes are the BEST!!! People are shocked whenever I tell them my true age. Why lie?!

I love your product called Mineral Secrets!!!! I really think that you should have agents out selling the product. If more people found out about this wonderful product your business would increase. I think that you should let people be reps for the product & have parties to try the product. I want to do makeovers on all of my friends to show them how wonderful the product is. It is so light that I forget that I am wearing the makeup. It seems to only take a few minutes in the morning to apply. I have used to product for about 2 wks & love the results that I have had. I left you guys for a "deal" with Sheer Cover. What a mistake. I just want others to know that what they send you is BS. These tiny flat little "jars" and no sifter (like on your Mineral Secrets mineral makeup). You put the brush in and all the makeup comes out and tons of it is on the brush. I spilled all of the light shade right away (there was so little of it to start). The packaging is a joke. Also, the brushes are "hard" and the sponge is like draggy, polyurethane rubber. Also, they don’t have any zinc in theirs, and my rosacea started right back up again. I had no idea why one mineral makeup product would be SO different from another. The Sheer Cover has no zinc, and tons of Mica. I was soooo shiny. Also, the finishing powder from Sheer Cover is Corn Starch basically. It was cakey, chalky and dry looking on my skin. I should have known the "deal" was too good to be true. You guys make a great product. It is light years better than the junk I bought from Sheer Cover. Thanks!

The mineral base powder is truly a dream. I have tried other brands and they were so shiny, but Mineral Secret Mineral makeup is not shiny and it really looks awesome. I have gotten many comments about my skin and I really am happy. The comments are like “did you have anything done to your skin” and “you look rested.” I cannot believe that makeup can do so much. I am looking forward to trying the new pressed mineral compact.

I have to tell you, that I NEVER believed that Mineral Secrets make-up could EVER do all the things your web site said it would. But, alas, I was WRONG. I am so glad I was. The Mineral Base is absolutely to die for. It covers, it glows, it feels light as air, and people keep complimenting me.

I ordered the Trial Oatmeal Mineral Secrets Base and Porcelain Powder. WOW, great stuff; I have spent thousands in the past 2 years at dermatologist and over the counter products for oily, ruddy, acne skin.

I had no problems with my skin as a teenager, but now as I approach my late 30s, it was impossible to get rid of the acne. BAM! all clear!

I cannot believe the base; I have used EVERY makeup out there; I mean EVERY ONE; there are NONE that cater to olive skin. Every one made my face red, pink or orange while my neck was olive, I never looked natural. Those problems are gone now. THANKS!!

Thank you for the great make-up! I love Mineral Secrets. It is so cool. My make-up time is cut in half, and my face looks flawless. It is better than the Bare Minerals cause of the no shine. I hated the shine. Also you have way more colors to choose. The Glow is cool the way it glimmers…I use it on the bridge of my nose and temples for a "glowy" Hollywood look. Mineral Secrets is the best of all of the minerals company! Yup, I have tried them all...Canary, Jane Ireland, Bare Escentuals, Bare Minerals, Youngblood...Yours is non-shiny. I am hooked on the stuff. I have light olive skin and the Oatmeal color is OUTRAGEOUSLY a perfect match. I have never looked better. And it hides my brown patch on the cheek as well as the red cheeks. I really think my acne is GONE...from wearing this magic stuff. Also, when I take off the stuff at night...my skin is all one color...until the morning when I take a too hot shower and drink coffee...then I am pinkish again.

Mineral Makeup is the best. You were so right on with the color for me (cashmere). I have just gone 3 days without one person saying I look like I have a sun burn. Also, when I take my makeup minerals off at night, my skin is miraculously 1 color. Creamy almost. I am thrilled. Am I correct to assume that the Mineral Makeup calms the skin and seals it all day? That is what it seems like....sort of a seal to the air and stuff. My skin was so sensitive that the air and wind and rain made it "hurt".

Love the brush you talked me into. :} . You were right (I am such a doubter)! The make up does not look as good with the cheap brush I had at home and was using. As well, the brush you sold me is so silky and soft. Like an angels kiss. I am hooked. Even my husband (who never ever complements me) said I look so happy and rested lately. Truly amazing. The red look was so aging and yuck. I hated all the comments about “Gee do you have a sun burn?” I have not heard that for weeks. Hurray!
