We use UPS for all deliveries. UPS does not deliver to US post offices or PO boxes. Our shipping department operates Monday-Friday 9:30am -4:00 pm EST. We are closed on holidays.

In most cases, your order will ship the same business day you place it, if you get the order in by 1:30 EST.

For purchases $1 - $99 UPS Ground = $7.95
For purchases $100+ UPS Ground = FREE
UPS 3 Business Days (for any amount) = $12.95
UPS 2 Business Day Air (for any amount) = $18.50
UPS Next Business Day Air (for any amount) = $31.50
Shipping to HI, AK, and Canada go Worldwide Standard = $23.00
International Shipping = $32.00

I paid for expedited shipping. Why have I not received my order yet?

UPS calls their service 2 or 3 day delivery. You begin calculating the 3 days after you placed the order date. In most instances, we get your order out the same day you place it. Two to three day shipping begins the next day. Backordered items or unforeseen circumstances may result in a delayed shipment. Once your package is shipped, count business days only. For example, you paid for 3 day shipping and placed your order on a Thursday after 2:00pm. Due to your order being placed after the cut-off time for same day shipping, it will not leave us until Friday. You would then receive your package the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

My order arrived incorrect or damaged. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear there was an error! Please send us an email at sales@mineralsecrets.com and please tell us when you received the package. What item(s) are wrong? Do the wrong items match up with what the invoice shows? Did you receive anything in your package in place of the item that is missing or wrong? If an item is damaged, please let us know which one(s) and how. With this information, we can process the return or exchange immediately. We thank you for the time you take to answer us. It is the only way that we can properly correct a problem. We look forward to hearing from you as we are eager to correct any errors made on our behalf.

I tried a product and do not like it. How to I return?

We are sincerely thankful for your order and patronage. If you do not like a product, it is imperative that you follow the steps on our Shipping & Returns page. We are sorry to report that we cannot take returns on used or opened cosmetics and skin care. As you can imagine, we cannot re-sell them, and would have to discard them once you ship them back. Our policy is posted on our website, and we stand firmly behind our policy.
