Returns

When You Receive an Order

When you receive an order from us, please inspect the product immediately. If you have any problems, please email us the same day to report any damage, error or concern. Sales@mineralsecrets.com

Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged order, please email us immediately at sales@mineralsecrets.com A UPS claim will need to be filed. Please do not throw away the box, packaging materials or products. Once you email us with your damaged shipment, we will assist you filing the claim and more importantly, make sure your new makeup goes out immediately!

Returns

We can accept returns ONLY if the package and product are unopened, unused, not damaged AND if you return the product within seven (7) days from the date you received it AND if you have received a RMA from us. Please email us immediately when you decide to return a product: sales@mineralsecrets.com. We will respond with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You cannot send back a package without this RMA number. You will need the correct address and directions of how to send the package back. Please use caution when packaging products to be retuned. If they are damaged in route, we cannot accept your return. Another good reason to keep the packaging the product is delivered in.

If we receive a return that was not authorized, or if the product is used or opened, we cannot accept the return. The products will be thrown away. Please do not try to be sneaky! We know if a product has been used or not. We are happy to accept your returns if you follow our policy to do so.
